What is PilVisMart?

PilVisMart gives an online platform to sell multi categories of product at one place.

How does selling on work?

PilVisMart provides ease of doing online business. First you list the products that you want to sell on PilVisMart marketplace. Customer sees your product and makes a purchase. You will receive a notification to ship the product. You deliver the product to the customer by letting PilVisMart affiliate courier service to pick up the order for you by PilVis shipping. PilVisMart will deposit the funds into your bank account after deducting our fees.

What products can I sell on

You can sell items mentioned in below categories:

Apparels, Men and Women Accessories, Mobile Accessories, Books and Footwear. Please note that certain categories are restricted and require prior approval before you can start selling. *Branded products need authorization letter to submit for prior approval.

What do I need to register as a seller on

You will need the following information to register:

  • Your business details
  • Your contact details – email and phone number
  • Basic information about your business
  • Tax Registration Details (PAN and GST). GST Details are mandatory if you are listing taxable goods and need to be provided at the time of registration

I don’t have a website, can I still sell on

You don’t need a website to start selling on PilVisMart marketplace. Once you are complete with registration, you will have access to our Sellers account using which you can list your products for sale on

Can I sell outside India through marketplace?

No. Currently, marketplace allows shipments only within India.

If I list my products using Sell on PilVisMart, will the customer know that he or she is purchasing from me on PilVisMart marketplace?

We will clearly indicate on our product detail pages and offer listing pages that the product is sold by you and the invoice will carry your name.

What are the charges for selling on PilVisMart?

Can I cancel my account?

You can stop selling at any time.

How and when do I get paid?

You are eligible to get paid for the order after 7 days from expiry of your product return period. PilVisMart ensures payment for your sales  is deposited securely into your bank account.

How do I list my products on

You can use our Web-based interface to list products one at a time, or excel-based inventory files to list your products in bulk. The procedure and information required will vary depending on whether your products are already in the catalogue. Once you complete your registration for selling on PilVisMart, you will be guided on the steps needed to list your products.

Please note that currently it is mandatory to have bar codes to list on PilVisMart. Some product categories might require additional information to list your products. In such case contact to our customer care service team.

How do I manage my orders on

You can view your orders and manage them through “My Orders” inside vendors dashboard. If you are using PilVis Shipping, you can pack your orders and schedule pickup for our team through your account. If you choose to store and deliver your products on your own, you need to pack and ship products to customers and then confirm to the customer about the shipment through your account.

Do you offer protection against fraud?

Can customers leave feedback and why is customer feedback important?

Yes. Customers can leave feedback. Maintaining a high feedback rating is a critical factor for success on It’s the best way for customers to identify you as a trustworthy seller. Your rating appears on the Offer Listing Page and is one of the first things that customers see. In other marketplaces, we have observed that customers are more likely to purchase products from sellers with higher ratings. Your feedback rating is a key metric used by to measure your performance.

I’m having trouble during registration. Can I get some help?

Once you are registered, you can also contact seller support once you complete your registration through your  account. Once you are logged in, you can call on the number displayed on website or use the customer care support system floating on your website.

Do I need GST number to sell on PilVisMart?

Yes. If you are listing taxable goods, GST details are required to sell online. You need to provide GST number to PilVisMart at the time of registration. However, if you are selling only GST exempted categories, then this may not be required. Note that if you start selling any taxable goods you need to register for GST as per GST laws and provide your GST number to PilVisMart.

Can I get help for capturing images and creating digital catalogs as per PilVisMart guidelines?
